Who We Are
Launched in 2024 by Year Up United and MassBio in partnership with the City of Boston, the Life Sciences Career Alliance brings together employers, training providers, and community partners to increase access to employment and propel industry growth. We provide companies with the tools, partnerships, and talent pipelines needed to retain and grow a resilient, inclusive workforce.
