Chrystal Stokes Williams is the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Year Up United, where she leads the finance, legal, and compliance functions. She is responsible for the financial performance and health of the organization and manages legal and compliance issues with a focus on risk mitigation. As a member of the executive team, Chrystal supports the growth and transformation of Year Up United, serving as a business partner and strategist in its oversight.

Chrystal has over 25 years of experience in finance, analysis, strategic planning, project management, communications, and personnel-related operations in both large financial services institutions and entrepreneurial organizations. Before joining Year Up United, she served as CFO/COO of IP Zone, a boutique consultancy and spin out of American Express, for 12 years in various finance and operating capacities. Prior to that, she worked at Granite Broadcasting and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Chrystal earned a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College and an M.A. in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
