As Chief Enrollment & Student Services Officer at Year Up United, Catherine leads national recruitment, admissions, and student services across more than 20 locations nationwide. She works across teams, markets, and functions to ensure students have consistent, high-quality support from enrollment through program completion, while helping the organization grow its reach and impact.
Since joining Year Up United in 2012, Catherine has played a pivotal role in driving more than a 300% increase in organizational outreach and impact, while strengthening the systems, infrastructure, and resources that support student success. Her leadership blends strategic vision with rigorous execution, using data to inform decisions, optimize performance, and continuously improve results for both students and the organization.
Earlier in her career, Catherine held leadership roles at iMentor in New York City, supporting large‑scale mentoring programs designed to improve academic achievement and long‑term professional outcomes for young people. Across roles, she has built and led high‑performing teams, developed leadership pipelines, and aligned strategy, operations, and culture to deliver sustained impact.
Catherine holds a B.A. in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to advancing education and economic mobility as powerful drivers of individual success and long‑term community change.
